We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Management (m/f) in our Diegem office. The assistant project manager’s reponsibilites include assisting in monitoring project progress, following up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of the projects, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documents and reports.

Responsibilities for Assistant Project Manager:

  • Assists the project management team
  • Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
  • Helps plan and coordinate projects, take on administrative duties and independently manage some of the necessary elements to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
  • Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager orderly and efficiently
  • Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
Gewenst profiel: 


  • Bachelor or University Degree in economics, IT, business..
  • Must be forward looking, detail oriented and proactive with proven verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong competency with MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, SharePoint and OneDrive)
  • Proficient in Dutch and English with the seamless ability to read, write, converse and speak the language in the same manner as a native speaker
